BEFORE YOU ASK

frequently asked

do I have to buy anything?
No. The check is free and ends with a verdict, not a pitch. If your source is better, we say so and that’s the end of it.
how fast is the answer?
Usually same day, always within one business day. It’s the team answering by hand, not an autoresponder.
what do you check exactly?
Price vs. current market, quantity (whether you’re being forced to overbuy), documentation status, availability. We also read the page itself: posted COAs and marketing claims. Where something matches a known industry pattern, we tell you what the pattern is and what to look for, rather than editorialize. You get the context; you make the call.
what won’t you answer?
Anything about dosing, administration, or usage, ever. Research use only. Our edge is buyer-side clarity on what things should cost.
how do you make money if the check is free?
When we beat your quote, we usually win the order. That math pays for every check we run, including the ones where we tell you to stay put. Honest checks are our marketing: our prices survive comparison instead of avoiding it, and every “keep your source” verdict is what makes the next “you're overpaying” believable. We never take commissions, referral fees, or placement money from sellers — not any, not ever.
how do I actually order?
Through the team; there's no self-serve checkout. You approve the paperwork, price, and availability with the team before you pay. Nothing ships that you haven't seen. confirm an order with the team →
why is there no checkout button?
Because every order is confirmed by the team, with paperwork shown and approved before payment. A cart can't do that.
what happens to returned vials?
Nothing. We don't take them. Once a vial leaves our hands, its storage and handling can't be verified, so it can never honestly re-enter inventory, ours or anyone's. Here's exactly what we cover instead: the returns policy →
do you sell my email?
Never, to anyone — that part isn't changing. You'll get your answer, and from time to time a market note: prices, patterns, what we're seeing. One click unsubscribes you and it has no effect on a check or an order.
what does the documentation actually cover?
Where we hold a batch report, the card says the report resolves at the lab and the COA names the batch you'd be sent. Where we don't, it says batch data on request: two states, never a ranking. If what arrives doesn't match what we showed you before purchase: full refund, and you keep what we sent.
