POLICY
returns.
We don't do returns — and unlike most refund pages, this one says exactly what we do instead. No "case by case," no "at our sole discretion": if your situation is on the list below, the remedy is the remedy.
Why we don't take vials back
Once a vial leaves our hands, its storage and handling can't be verified after the fact — so a returned vial can never honestly re-enter inventory, ours or anyone's. Rather than accept returns we could never restock, we don't accept them at all. What you get instead is the short list below, honored as written.
What IS covered
- Wrong item arrived — we send the correct item at no cost, or issue a full refund — your call.
- Damaged in transit — with a photo of what arrived: a replacement or a full refund — your call.
- Documentation doesn't match what you approved — full refund, per the paperwork-match guarantee.
That's the whole list, and nothing on it is discretionary.

One requirement
A photo of what arrived, as it arrived, is required for every claim. It's what lets us honor the list above as written — no photo, no claim.
