1. What this covers

This policy covers pepinsiders.com and the free check. It doesn't cover any other site you reach from ours — including any seller you're asking us about.

2. What we collect

When you submit a check:

• Whatever you type in the box — the product, the quantity, the price you were quoted, a link, or just a question.
• Any file you attach — a screenshot, an invoice, a COA.
• Your email address, so we can send the verdict.
• Optionally, a WhatsApp number — only if you give us one, on a check or when you lock in an order, and only so the team can reply to you there instead of by email.
• Basic referral and UTM parameters — where the visit came from.

When you order:

• What you ordered, what you paid, and where it goes. Shipping and payment details are handled in a direct conversation with us and through our payment processor — see section 5.

Automatically:

• Standard technical data our host records — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps. Ordinary server logging, not tracking you around the internet.

3. What we don't collect

• The form never collects health, symptom, or dosing information. It isn't a field, it isn't a question, and it isn't something we want.
• We don't ask why you're buying anything.
• We don't run advertising trackers of our own, and we don't sell your data. Ever. (We do use third-party analytics, including session recording — see section 6.)
• We don't require an account.
• We don't need your real name to run a check. An email is enough.
• We don't need the name of a source you'd rather not name. Call it "Vendor A" — the check still works.

4. What we do with it

• Answer your check. That's the main thing.
• Fill and support your order, if you place one.
• Keep our market pricing current. The price information in submissions helps us understand what the market is actually charging. When we use it that way, it's stripped of anything identifying you, and we don't attach it to a named source in any public form. We publish price patterns; we never publish your submission.
• Reply to you if you email us.
• Send you market notes. Once you've given us your address we may email you occasionally about prices, patterns, and what we're seeing in the market. Every one carries a one-click unsubscribe, and opting out never affects a check or an order.

We don't use your submission to add you to a marketing list. One reply, and that's it, unless you ask for more.

5. Who else touches it

We're a small operation running ordinary infrastructure. Some of your data necessarily passes through the services we use to run the site:

• Hosting and content delivery — serves the site and records standard server logs.
• Form handling and email — delivers your submission to us and our verdict to you.
• Payment processing, if you order — handles payment details directly. We don't store your card number.
• Shipping carriers, if you order — need an address to deliver.

Each gets only what it needs to do its job. We don't hand your information to anyone else for their own purposes, and we don't sell it.

6. Cookies, analytics, and session recording

Most sites bury this part. Here's ours in plain language.

We use third-party analytics tools to understand how the site actually gets used. Depending on what we're running at the time, these can include session recording and heatmaps — meaning mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling get captured and replayed, so we can see which parts of a page get read and which get skipped. We use it to find out where the site is confusing. Not to watch you.

What stays out of it. These tools mask what you type. Text you enter into the form isn't visible in a recording — we can see that a field was filled, not what you put in it. That's a setting we hold on purpose, because the whole point of this site is that you shouldn't have to hand over more than a price to get an answer.

Where it goes. These tools are run by third-party providers, and the data they collect sits with them under their own terms as well as this policy. We don't control what they do with it, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We change tools from time to time; the commitments on this page don't change with them.

Cookies. Analytics tools set cookies and similar identifiers to recognize a session. Beyond that, the site sets only what's needed to serve pages. We don't run advertising trackers of our own, and we don't sell your data to anyone.

If you'd rather not. Most browsers' tracker-blocking and Do Not Track settings stop this before it starts. That's the reliable way, and we'd rather point you to it than offer you a button that doesn't work.

Here's the honest mechanics: a recording isn't tied to your email, your name, or your submission. There's no lookup that finds "yours." That cuts both ways — it's why we can't promise you a clean deletion on request, and it's why a recording of a session isn't a file about a person. Recordings age out automatically on our provider's schedule, and never sit longer than 12 months either way. If you want us to try anyway, tell us roughly when you visited and we'll do what we can with that.

7. When we'd hand something over

If we receive a valid legal demand, we comply with what it actually requires — no more. If we're permitted to tell you it happened, we will.

8. How long we keep it

• Check submissions and verdicts: we keep these. Not because we're hoarding — because this market runs on you forgetting what you paid last time, and a saved check means your next one starts where the last one ended instead of at zero. If you'd rather we didn't keep yours, say so and it's gone.
• Order records: kept as long as we need them for accounting obligations.
• Server logs: kept on our host's standard schedule.
• Session recordings: never more than 12 months. They expire on our analytics provider's own schedule, which is typically far shorter; 12 months is the outer limit we hold ourselves to regardless of what tool we're running.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except what we're required to keep for tax or accounting reasons.

9. Your choices

Email privacy@pepinsiders.com and you can:

• Unsubscribe from our emails — one click in any of them, or ask us here.
• Ask what we have about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Ask us to stop using your submission data for market pricing.

Session recordings are the one thing we can't cleanly honor, and section 6 explains why: they aren't linked to you, so there's nothing to look up. Tracker-blocking is the reliable answer there.

Ask us to delete your session recordings.

We'll do it. You don't need to cite a statute or live in a particular state — we'd rather honor the request than argue about which law applies to you.

Depending on where you live, you may also have formal rights under laws like the CCPA or GDPR. We don't sell personal information as those laws define it, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Security

We use ordinary, sensible protections — encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it. Nobody can promise perfect security and we won't pretend otherwise. Don't send us anything you'd be devastated to see leak; a check doesn't require it.

11. Age

This site isn't for anyone under 21. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes get called out rather than slipped in.
